Release 3.13.3: Fixes

The release 3.13.3 will go live on Thursday 30 November 2017. The roll-out of this release starts around 20:30 hours and lasts approximately until 23:30 hours. The application remains available during the release.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In this management release we have solved a number of bugs and also implemented some changes.

1. API

We have gained experience with the first implementations of our API. We also received feedback. The following changes and fixes have resulted from this:

API mailing set

'Strange' characters were not correctly displayed in automatically sent e-mails. This has now been solved, and also characters like an ë are now shown correctly.

The same automatically sent e-mails mentioned earlier were sent from the default user of the mailing set. This has now been adjusted so that the vacancy holder will send the e-mail.

The automatically generated e-mail concerning a new registration was not sent to the vacancy holder correctly. This has now been rectified.

Javascript form

Additional fields have been added to the Javascript form, which are:

  • Where did you first see us?
  • How did you get in contact with us?
  • Are you already an employee with us?
  • Motivation

Good to know is that the application responds to the chosen answer in the field Are you working with us? The application recognizes whether it is an internal or an external candidate.

When importing and exporting the Javascript form, an error message occurred in some cases. This has now been rectified.

2. AFAS

Support for foreign candidates
Candidates no longer require a Dutch address. When from another country, the candidate may be identified as such. The countries supported are:

  • Austria
  • Belgium
  • Denmark
  • Estonia
  • Finland
  • France
  • Germany
  • Ireland
  • Italy
  • Latvia
  • Lithuania
  • Luxembourg
  • Netherlands
  • Norway
  • Poland
  • Portugal
  • Spain
  • Sweden
  • Switzerland
  • United Kingdom

Decide now when to send a candidate to AFAS
It can now be determined when a candidate is sent to AFAS. You can choose to send a candidate already after an offer has been sent, instead of sending the candidate to AFAS as soon as the candidate has been accepted. The setting can be found under Management > AFAS Profit web service

Anonymisation

Previously it was not possible to add a large number of talent pools to an anonymisation script. This has now been made possible. Ask your consultant or customer support for more information if you want to use this option.

Indeed

Vacancies with a stand abroad are now recognised as such.

Other

An error message with Mimir has been corrected by adding an additional field, named:

  • Skills
