Support for dash in usernames
In some cases it is necessary to copy a username/external code delivered via the web service with a dash "-" exactly as it is in FastForward. By default, usernames are changed via the web service from a dash "-" to an underscore "_". We have made it possible to adjust this default so that the dash from the web service is adopted into the username in the application. Pleas contact support if you are interested in this change.
Workflow Analytics upgrade
FastForward has a module called "Workflow Analytics. This module makes it possible to track workflow steps from candidates in FastForward in Google's Universal Analytics (UA). This allows you to gain more insight into the quality of the applications to, for example, adjust your campaigns accordingly.
On July 1, 2023, Google will stop processing data in Universal Analytics (UA). Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is the successor to Universal Analytics (UA). Therefore, we are adapting the Workflow Analytics module so that it can send data to Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
If your organization does not use this module, this upgrade will have no impact. For more information about the Workflow Analytics module, please contact your account manager.
