Bullhorn FastForward uses scheduled maintenance windows. During these maintenance windows, (periodic) maintenance is carried out on the infrastructure and hardware. These maintenance windows take place quarterly on the second Friday of the first month.
For the installation of a major change, it may be necessary to use part of the weekend as a maintenance window. Should this be used, the window starts on Friday 8pm and ends on Saturday 6am.

Within this time frame the application may be down. Generally, the amount of downtime is limited to a maximum of 15 to 30 minutes, but depending on the type of maintenance, it may be longer. It can also happen that there is maintenance but no downtime involved or that no maintenance is required on the dates mentioned above.
Where necessary, for instance if the procedure changes the users' work process or there will be downtime or reduced availability, customers will be informed 5 working days prior to the maintenance window.
Stay informed
During maintenance, notification will be made on the Bullhorn Status page. This page shows updates like when maintenance starts and finishes. Furthermore, you can subscribe via the button at the top right of the status page (subscribe to updates) to be informed via e-mail about Bullhorn FastForward updates. After entering your e-mail address, you can choose the Bullhorn FastForward product to receive updates.
