(Solved) Issue - Intermittent service disruption

What was wrong?

We were experiencing a malfunction that affected the performance of the application and logging in.

What was the sign of this?

The effect of this malfunction was that the log on page would keep loading and showed a proxy error after a few minutes. If you were already logged in, it could take a long time for pages to load.

What was the solution?

The issue is resolved by restarting the affected servers.
