What is going on?

We are receiving reports of password reset emails not arriving. We are investigating these reports to check if this is caused by an issue on our end.

How might you notice this?

Users may not receive password reset emails that were requested through the login page. Password reset emails requested by the administrator will arrive.

It is possible for the administrator to request a password reset email via Management > Users by looking up the user:

  1. Go to the Management tab
  2. Click on Users
  3. Look up the user who needs a password reset
  4. Click on the user's name
  5. Click on the email address at 'Send password'
  6. Click 'Ok'

We are investigating this issue further and updates will follow in this article.

Here is an update regarding the password reset emails that are not being received.

We have observed that these emails are indeed being sent but are being blocked by the recipient's mail server, ultimately preventing them from reaching the recipient. Our advice is, if you are not receiving these emails, to contact your IT department. They can then ensure the delivery of these emails.

If this does not lead to a solution, please contact or call Bullhorn FastForward Support at phone number +31 10 498 09 88. If possible, provide us with any error message generated by the receiving server.
