What to expect
When a candidate uses an accent character in any of the fields and clicks the submit button, it may result in the form not being sent.
This issue will be addressed in the upcoming release of FastForward. We will update this article when more information about the release date is available.
- The web developer can add a message describing that accent characters are temporarily not allowed.
- We can add a message to the form stating that accent characters are temporarily not allowed. To do this, create a ticket via email@example.com. Provide the text for the message and specify where it should be placed in the ticket.
