Resolved: Textkernel Extract outage: Resumes sometimes not extracted

On July 25th around 9:55 CEST Textkernel has reported an outage with Extract!. Because of this outage resumes are not extracted in some cases. Because of this, the information from the resumes is not automatically placed in the proper fields.

Applying on a job is still possible. Candidates are not hindered by this outage.

When candidates do report errors or outages on the application forms, please contact us immediately at support@connexys.com or +31 10 4980 988. 

Updates will follow as soon we know more.

Update July 25th 10:44: The outage has been resolved. All resumes will be extracted again.
