Update 14:00 pm - Reports are available again

All reports are available again. All databases have been reset and work properly. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Update 11:55 pm - Reports are in some cases accessible again

The first three databases have been restarted. This means that a some of the customers can access their reports again. 


Error reporting tool - January 14th 9:45pm

We are currently experiencing technical issues in our reporting tool. This means that no data is shown when a report is opened.

What is happening?
Last night an interference occurred during the transfer of data from the production database to the report database. This leads to incomplete data in our report database and causes an error message when a report is opened: The server has encountered an error. Please excuse the inconvenience.

Expected solution time
We immediately executed a restart this morning, but the transfer of all data will take some time. We expect that the restart will take about four hours. This means that reports should be available again in the beginning of the afternoon.

Through this article we will keep you up to date as to whether and when the transfer of all data has been completed successfully and when the reports are available again. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
