During the maintenance window of January 8, a number of points emerged. The maintenance that will resolve these issues, will be conducted on Tuesday January 12th. During the maintenance two databases will be unavailable between 21.30 and 24.00 hours 45 minutes. At that time, the application and the application forms are not available.
What does this mean for me?
This maintenance applies to a limited number of customers. The clients for whom this applies are informed through a newsletter. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Last Friday, January 8th, there have been periodic scheduled maintenance window. This time this maintenance window is used to make various improvements in infrastructure and hardware.
Results maintenance
The databases have been unavailable for about 45 minutes between 20:00 and 24:00. Two databases were unavailable for approximately two hours. Because of this a number of customers experienced more downtime than we had estimated in advance. The maintenance was completed without problems.
