Solved: Disruption - Textkernel (CV parsing)

Update 30-06 16:42
Just now we've received a message from Textkernel regarding the distortion we've informed you about earlier. This distortion has been fixed and the parsing of CVs is a working functionality once again.

Workaround available for Fast Forward customers
We have a workaround available for the time-outs, not for the parsing of CVs.
We can disable the entire Textkernel parsing functionality. This will result in CVs not being parsed, but timeouts will not be able to occur.
If you would like to take advantage of this workaround, please contact us.

Update
Textkernel sent us the following update:

At this moment, all our services are up and running again, albeit a little slower than usual. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience the outage has caused, and would like to take this opportunity to explain its cause.

In the night of June 29th, the connection between two of our data centers became unavailable due to an outage on our provider's side. This has now been temporarily worked around by rerouting the connection, but our services will be slower until our provider has resolved their issues. We expect that this will happen during the course of the day. Please note that while we do our utmost to maintain this connection, it is a bit unpredictable and we might therefore experience additional downtime.

In other words; everything should be working again, albeit slow.

This morning (at 02:00) a disturbance occured at Textkernel. Because of this the automatic CV parsing functionality is currently unavailable.

Our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
