(Solved) Reporting tool didn't update it's data last night for certain customers

What's going on?
Last night the reporting tool didn't update it's data. This causes the reports to not show any data of yesterday.

Expected solution-time
This morning we restarted the data-update. This will take some time, approximately 4 hours.

This doesn't concern everybody:
If this concerns your company, your superuser will have received a message.
