At this moment, 28/07 around 13:50, there is a malfunction. More information can be found below.
This disruption concerns:
- The entire application can be slower than usual.
- Especially working with templates can be problematic.
What is going on?
Currently there's a malfunction in our load-balancer.
What can you notice?
Performance issues, errors when merging documents. Due to the current situation (high loads) even logging in can time out.
Is there a workaround available?
Unfortunaly not.
When do we expect this to be fixed?
Currently we don't know. The entire infra- and development-teams are working on this problem.
