(Solved) Disruption - Application unavailable

Update 22-10: The root cause of the incident was a hardware problem within our datacenter. This root cause has been resolved, we are not expecting any further issues.

Update 17:18 - The application is back online. Our team is working hard on finding the root cause, we will update the article once this information is available.

Due to a technical malfunction on 21 October at 15:33, our Production environment is not available.

This disruption affects the following application components:

All application functionalities on the Production environment. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • The recruitment application
  • The mobility application
  • The Manager Portal
  • The Candidate Portal
  • The API
  • XML feeds
  • Application forms

What's going on?

We are currently investigating the exact cause of this failure.

What do you notice about this?

The Bullhorn Fastforward application is not available, applying for a vacancy is also not possible.
