Contents of Release 2019.11

This release fully focuses on the API. We've done several technical improvements, of which the following is noticeable:

• The Javascript form and the API now return an error if a registration is inserted on a closed vacancy or advertisement, as opposed to being able to register yourself for a closed vacancy.
• It is now possible to use the automatic rejection settings for questionnaires for Javascript forms. The score of the questionnaire is now correctly shown at the vacancy overview.
• In some cases, Javascript forms showed a lot of extraneous whitespace. The additional whitespace is removed.
