General changes en fixes

This release is focused on improving the security and privacy around the application, and includes the following:

• The way credentials for API accounts are stored has been improved.
• The way document uploads are processed within the candidate portal is done in a more secure way.
• Unsubscribing or deactivating a custom jobalert now ensures that your data is removed from the system immediately.
• If an uppercase letter was used within the login name of a custom jobalert user, the user could not activate themselves. You can now activate yourself correctly, even if you have uppercase letters in your login name.
