As per the email that was sent out two weeks ago, we started the migration to our new ticketing system yesterday, December 14th. As mentioned in the email, the self-service portal you may have been using will no longer show new tickets and can no longer be used to create new tickets. You will still be able to submit tickets via phone and email: email@example.com or +3110 498 09 88.
When you reply to an existing ticket, you will receive an email with a new ticket number. This is generated by our new system, but we will still have the information from all previous communications at our disposal.
